Our Story…
Founded in 2023, Concierge Lake George has grown to become one of the premier home management and estate maintenance companies serving the entirety of Lake George and Glen Lake.
Born from a failed acquisition of a local service business, our founder, Tyler Moseman, realized that rather than inheriting someone else's model, there was a far better opportunity: build a higher standard of property care from the ground up. He saw firsthand that second-home owners in the Lake George Area didn't just need basic maintenance or occasional check-ins—they needed a dependable, professional partner who treated their property with the same meticulous care they would themselves, and be a boots on the ground local resource when they live hundreds of miles and hours away.
What started as a vision to elevate regional home watch has evolved into a full-scale fractional estate management firm. We built Concierge Lake George on three core principles: absolute transparency, local reliability, and proactive oversight. By implementing technology like detailed, timestamped digital inspection reports and maintaining strict and vetted subcontractor standards, we took the guesswork and risk out of property ownership for absent homeowners.
Today, Concierge Lake George manages tens of millions of dollars in lakefront real estate across Bolton Landing, Diamond Point, Queensbury, Assembly Point, Hague, Cleverdale and the surrounding watershed. Whether we are preparing a property for a harsh Adirondack winter or ensuring a boat is prepped and waiting at the dock for a summer weekend, our mission remains unchanged: delivering total peace of mind so you can simply enjoy the lake.

Tyler has dedicated his career to the art of customer service, refining his approach while serving discerning clients at high-end establishments throughout the North Country. As the founder of Concierge Lake George, he leverages this extensive experience to provide a "white-glove" level of care, ensuring that every detail of your lake home is managed with precision. Tyler’s mission is to allow homeowners to spend their time doing what they love, providing peace of mind through a tireless commitment to client satisfaction.
